Group Training facility
There’s aerobics and there’s Brian’s Gym Group Training Facility! Gone are the days of Spandex Step Classes, and instructors teaching a class based off a video they watched! Have you ever wanted to take classes but were to intimidated to inquire about them because you had to go into a gym? Well you don’t have to at Brian’s Gym! While memberships include access to both weights/cardio facility and Group Training Classes facility, both are physically separated! Feel at ease when waiting to take a class, sing up for a membership with one of our instructors!
