Information You Send Us Through Forms

Our contact and free-trial forms ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, and a message or fitness goal. Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service, and delivered to us by email. Formspree's handling of your submission is described in Formspree's privacy policy.

Free-trial form submissions are also copied to GymSales, the system we use for trial administration and record handling, so your trial request is on file when you come in. Trials are redeemed in person at the gym during staffed hours — there is no hard-pressure inquiry or sales follow-up for trial requests. We use the information you submit to administer your free trial and respond if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments (PayPal)

Online annual membership purchases are processed by PayPal. Payment card details are entered on PayPal's site and are never collected or stored by this website. See PayPal's privacy statement for how PayPal handles your payment information.

Coach B (AI Coach Embed)

Pages on this site load the Coach B chat widget from mybriansgymcoach.com. If you interact with Coach B, your messages are processed by that service to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal or health information in the chat.

Embedded Third-Party Content

• YouTube — embedded videos on some pages are served by YouTube (Google), which may set cookies when you play a video.
• Google Maps — our contact page embeds a map served by Google.
• Google Fonts — pages load web fonts from Google's servers, which receive standard request data such as your IP address.

These services are governed by Google's privacy policy.

Analytics & Advertising

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (provided by our host, Vercel) to understand aggregate traffic (visitors and page views) and real-world performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals. These tools are designed to be privacy-friendly and do not use advertising cookies for cross-site tracking. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation and Speed Insights privacy documentation.

We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this website. If we add advertising or marketing pixels in the future, we will update this policy first.

Server Logs & Hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, the hosting platform may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, in addition to the analytics and performance data described above.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Kid Zone childcare arrangements are handled in person at the gym.

You can browse the site without submitting any forms. To ask about, correct, or delete information you previously submitted, contact us at info@briansgym.com.
