Use of the Website
The site is provided for information about Brian's Gym and for requesting a free trial, contacting us, and purchasing the online annual membership special. Content on the site (text, photos, logos) belongs to Brian's Gym or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Don't misuse the site — no scraping forms, attempting to disrupt the site, or submitting false information.
Online Annual Membership Purchase
The membership page offers a paid-in-full online annual membership special, currently priced at $485/year (single) and $615/year (couples). A $35 annual maintenance fee per account applies, the same as other memberships. Checkout is processed by PayPal; this website does not collect or store payment card details.
The online special is a paid-in-full year. After purchase, visit the gym during staffed hours to complete enrollment — key fob setup and the membership agreement are handled in person per gym policy. Membership agreement details, cancellation, and any refund questions are governed by the in-person membership agreement; contact us at (660) 829-0997 or info@briansgym.com before or after purchase with any questions.

Free Trial
The free 3-day trial is for local first-time visitors, subject to gym policy. The trial form is optional and only sends your info ahead — it is a request, not a contract. Trials are redeemed in person at the gym during staffed hours with a valid ID.
Facility Use
Use of the gym itself is governed by the membership agreement you sign in person and the posted Gym Rules. Exercise carries inherent risk — consult a physician before starting a new fitness program.
Third-Party Services
The site links to and embeds third-party services (PayPal, Formspree, YouTube, Google Maps, Coach B at mybriansgymcoach.com). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
